Duties and Responsibilities included in the Project: Works directly with the technical programming and database administration staff to plan and implement changes. May be assigned to additional projects within the client datacenter as needed. Coaches and mentors client staff. Minimum Qualifications required for the Project: Developer with 4-5 years experience developing Remedy. Experience with Remedy version 7.x. Experience creating and maintaining process flows, system and testing documentation. Experience using Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio. Ability to work on more than one project at a time.
