*Our end client is looking for Sr. QA Engineer*
*Position: Sr. QA Engineer*
* Locations: San Jose, CA*
* Contract 5 months*
*Responsibilites:*
*• Create test plans and test cases according to client and technical
specifications*
*• Work closely with developers, engineers and others to provide additional
research/debugging of issues where more information is needed to understand
and resolve the issues*
*• Able to read and interpret code and write scripts*
*• Organizes/lead personnel, as needed, in QA testing phase*
*• Work with Project team to implement quality assurance plans identify
problems and resolutions*
*• Validate product against specifications documenting through test cases
and clear and concise defect reports*
*• Define and track quality assurance metrics*
*• Assist in evaluating testing procedures at close of project*
*• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance standards*
*• Help develop testing strategies, document templates and methodologies
tailored to specific needs of clients and/or products*
*Requirements*
*• Good experience in SQA and/or software development*
*• 2 years minimum experience with automation testing*
*• Expert in QA testing methodology, test cycles & test tools*
*• Possess articulate presentation skills and an extreme attention to
detail.*
*• Demonstrate a passion for quality and commitment to client satisfaction.*
*• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills a must*
