Our client, a mid size pharmaceutical company located in Wayne, PA has an immediate need for an SAP Sr. Project Manager. EXCELLENT HOURLY RATE!! Must be able to travel to Boston. Will interview ASAP. THIS IS A 6 month contract with probability for extension. RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform PM duties delivering the integration and rollout of SAP R3 in to HGT BU and North American Shared Services * SAP 4.7 is being rolled out in to the HGT Business Unit * the functionality areas are Financials and Non-Stock Purchasing (Including Readsoft) and Business Warehouse. There will also be a number of interfaces to and from the legacy system ROSS. The purpose of this role is to manage the project delivery in to HGT and also processes back in to North American Shared Services. There will be a Change Management element that will need to interface with the delivery across HGT and Corporate Users. * Development and Maintenance of the overall project plan * maintaining project phases, milestones and overall project plan * Manage the planning, execution and completion of all testing activity * Management of project financials including reporting of actual/budget spend on a regular basis * Management of project resources, planning, budgeting and management of any resourcing constraints * both technical and business teams * Issue and Risk Management * Knowledge of SAP R3 Financial and Procurement modules(including SRM), SAP Business Warehouse and Readsoft * Experience of managing multiple Interfaces between ERP systems * for this project SAP and ROSS * Ensuring that Change Management and communications plans are defined and integrated in to the overall project plan * Management and delivery of Communications plans and presentation across key stakeholder groups * Working with the Corp BRM team and IT Ops PMO to deliver the project using the SDLC methodology REQUIREMENTS: * A highly skilled, qualified and experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise delivering in to mature SAP user companies and integrating SAP with existing legacy systems, knowledge of SAPFinance, Purchasing and BW would be required * Overall project management responsibility of the SAP rollout including planning and delivery, communication and integration with Change Management * Reporting * detailing timelines, project plans and financial progress. * Delivery in conjunction with SDLC implementation methodology * Experience working in Pharma sector and a GxP regulated environment -- Regards, Shashi Reddy Sentier Technologies [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
