- Experience in Java and Java Enterprise Edition technology - Application Architecture experience including experience leading and influencing project teams on Architecture, Design, Development, and Testing - Experience with Unix (Solaris, Linux) and Windows server and desktop operating systems - Process driven including the ability to drive and adhere to defined processes - Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence - Strong problem solving skills with the ability to detect underlying patterns, identify root causes and design optimal process solutions - Solid leadership skills (leading, influencing experience) and the technical coaching of others - Ability to lead through facilitation of meetings and discussions - Presentation skills - ability to present technical solutions to a large audience of technical experts - Fluency with the English language - Ability to troubleshoot and work towards a solution with RTS teams on high priority issues (including resolving performance issues and resource conflicts) - Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation (architecture, design and training) - Ability to communicate to all levels within the organization - Strong interpersonal skills As engagements occur, specific skill sets may be required including (but not limited to) the following: - Experience with JEE including JNDI, JMS, XML, SOAP, EJB, UML - Experience in JEE Application Server (JBoss, Weblogic, Tomcat) and Web Server (Apache, SunOne) platforms - Experience implementing Standard JEE component frameworks and objects - Experience with the industry standard web architectures, including server setup, load balancing, clustering, reverse proxy, networking, deployment, security including authentication and authorization (LDAP, Siteminder) and common change and migration processes. - Working knowledge of Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) - Utility Computing Concepts - Experience with Unix (Solaris, Linux) and Windows operating systems - Experience with standardized industry software development processes (SDLC) - *Payable up to $ 60 per hour* - ***Location : Cincinnati * - *Experience Required : 8+* ** *Please fill the attached document with the updated resume, send it to [email protected]* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
