Job Title: Front End Web Developer Location: Denver, CO Duration: 6+ Months Contract Must be EAD, GC or Citizen Job Responsibilities: Write up Criteria In-depth understanding of core web technologies and concepts (HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, cross-browser/platform development, performance optimization, client-side validation) At least 2 to 3 years professional experience with rich user interface design & development Working knowledge of jQuery and other JavaScript libraries & frameworks (Backbone.js, Ext.js, and Knockout). Solid understanding of integration of front-ends with back-end services (REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML). Front End Developer Strong verbal communication skills In-depth understanding of core web technologies and concepts (HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, cross-browser/platform development, performance optimization, client-side validation) At least 2 to 3 years professional experience with rich user interface design & development Working knowledge of jQuery and other JavaScript libraries & frameworks (Backbone.js, Ext.js, and Knockout). Solid understanding of integration of front-ends with back-end services (REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML). Working knowledge of client-side application security best practices. A strong interest in front-end web technologies with a desire to continue evolving your technical skills. Experience developing application front-ends, using single page app architecture & JavaScript MVC/MVVM patterns preferred. Working knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles. Basic to working knowledge of build scripts and automated deployment processes.
