Job Title: Sr. QA Tester (10+ Years) Location: Rochester, MN (Need only Local) Duration: 18 Months Contract Max Rate: $47/hr Need Sr. QA Tester (10+ Years) with Quality Center, Healthcare or Clinical Experience. Desired experience and job responsibilities are listed below. Analysts International is currently seeking to hire Test Engineers to join a long term project with one of our premier clients in SE Minnesota. This project is a clinical improvement program focused on using all available clinical data (medical records, labs, pathology, radiology, etc.) to monitor individual patient care. The program combines data processing capabilities such as natural language processing (NLP), complex event processing, and rule evaluation to organize and enrich healthcare data stream and derive actionable insights. These roles will be helping to design the test process and evaluation of testing tools. The team is currently evaluating Quality Center and MS QFS. The current environment requires someone who can be given a challenge and immediately dive in, be aggressive and find answers. We are looking for someone that can handle the pressures of an environment that is less structured at the moment and help to drive efficiency and reusability into the process. We are not looking for someone to come in and execute test plans etc. We need someone that has proven experience working closely with the business and development teams and collaboratively create a comprehensive test plan and implement best practices where applicable. Must thrive in a changing environment. Must be able to discuss and demonstrate test strategies. The goal is to move to test-driven development so someone familiar with TDD and advanced test automation is a big plus. Other characteristics: An understanding of basic programming as well as an Agile software development life cycle. Analytical skills and basic understanding of clinical setting. Attention to detail, consistent performance, and willing to provide honest and unwavering feedback even if unpopular. Ability to work in a team as well as an individual. Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
