Required skills/years:
Experience in performing full life-cycle development of .Net web
applications and database applications using SQL Server databases:  8
Proven experience in working both independently and as part of an Agile
(SCRUM) development team:  6
Proven experience in design and develop reports which integrate data from
multiple databases and applications:  8
Proven ability to review and repair legacy code as needed:  6
Proven ability to document code consistently throughout the development
process:  8
Proven ability to perform unit and integration testing to ensure software
quality:  8
Proven ability / to work collaboratively with developers, business
analysts, and management:  8
Proven track record of working on multiple projects with multiple
deadlines:  8
Ability to construct user and application guides and documentation:  8
Excellent experience of Transact SQL:  8
Minimum 8+ years' experience programming/applications development
required:  8
Minimum 8+ years' experience building .Net web applications and database
applications using C# is required
Minimum 4+ years' experience designing applications to work with .Net
Framework 3.5 or newer
Minimum 4 years experience working with technologies such as MVC, Web
Services, WCF, and WPF
Minimum 8 years experience using Object Oriented Analysis and Design
experience is required.
Strong Database development experience with SQL Server and TSQL is
required:  8
Minimum 5 years experience in web application development using
technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, AJAX, MVC
Strong experience working in an Agile project lifecycle (SCRUM):  3
Proven experience and excellent knowledge of Transact SQL
Working experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or
equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Description:
The Senior C# .Net Developer will function as a senior technical resource
for a high-profile agile development effort for the Department of Youth
Services in the development of the Behavioral Health System (BHS). This
position will be responsible for development of applications on a
.Net-based platform across a development team consisting of both agency
employees and contractors. This position will work closely with the
business stakeholders, project manager, systems architect, and other ITS
development and database staff.  This position requires critical thinking
and problem solving abilities to address complex issues.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or
equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
