Requirement: Title: Solution Architect Location: Southfield, MI, Duration: Long Term Description: - At *least 8-10 years* of experience in business and/or IT consulting roles preferred. - Must have *excellent health care* knowledge usually achieved through 3+ years experience including medical terminology, medical codes like ICD, NDC and CPT, health care delivery (different types of service within the delivery system). - The person must be able to take a problem posed by a customer (e.g., why is our emergency room use trending up) and create an analytic plan to identify the root causes; complete the analysis and prepare a polished report that can be shared with leadership or external customers like providers or employer groups. - The person must have excellent skills using SQL (not programming) and preferably SAS skills as well. The person also must have excellent skills using Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Skills with Crystal Reporting a plus. - Bachelor's degree expected. Master degree preferred.
