Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. Responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables. Performs additional job duties as required. Recommends strategies for technical aspects of projects as well as broad system improvements. *Candidate Requirements:* - Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot the following middleware: (JBOSS, Websphere, Tomcat, Oracle AS, Coldfusion, IIS/.net) - Strong Unix Background in order to work in the Linux, Solaris, AIX environments we support. Knowledgeable regarding Unix permissions - Understanding of Networking and load balancers to request the rules and help the network team in debugging and implementation - Understanding of Firewalls to request firewall rules - Ability to work with Project plans - Ability to Troubleshoot, Take Thread dumps, heap dumps - Strong Communication Skills/Team Player - Provide 24x7 Oncall support - Follow Standards and Guidelines - 5 - 8+ years' experience in systems administration and Websphere/middleware. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related.
