Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst with ServiceNOW/ITIL & Use Cases Location: Norwalk, CT Duration: 4+ Months Contract Must have: ServiceNOW experience or Very strong ITIL experience Experience with Use Cases is important Job Responsibilities: Train ITIL BU Leaders on the ServiceNow Service Request Process Work with Business Units to assess gaps between as-is and to-be processes Influence Business Units to adopt standard processes Identify improvement for service request processes that would benefit all Capital Businesses Document and manage requirements for enhancements Create and monitor enhancement tickets in SN tool Support development team in the completion of these enhancements Develop and execute test cases as well as do Use Cases Report out status Manage Stakeholders Lead UAT testing for Business Units as they onboard into SN Assist in test case development and execution as needed Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years relevant work experience) with minimum 10 years IT experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in requirements management Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/testing role Minimum 5 years ITIL experience Desired Characteristics: Experience on ServiceNow platform Experience in process improvement projects ITSM integration experience Global/International IT experience Experience using ALM Must be willing to travel 20% of the time, may be international (London, Prague, or Budapest) – 1 trip at the most.
