This resource needs deep technical expertise with software in the cloud configuration. Would need to manage all configuration elements of 3 Concur partitions including electronic audit rules. Working across several functional areas for business requirements and policy to drive the software configuration. Robust project management knowledge and change control discipline. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 9-10 years' experience required. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Manages completion of own work assignments and coordinates work with others. Basic ability to work independently and manage oneYs time as well as being a collaborative team member. Based on past experience and knowledge, work independently with minimal management input and review of end results. Fully knowledgeable of related infrastructure components and/or operating environment. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue. Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. High proficiency in a computer software application or functional expertise specifically identified in the assignment requirements. Datastage, SAP Bobj, Java, ETQ, SalesForce experience, PeopleSoft, Laboratory Info. Mgt. (LIMS) experience, eCommerce coding experience, SOA experience, Mobile application development, Websphere application experience, Adobe CQ application experience. Develops business case analysis to justify customer investments in project development and/or system support efforts. Maintains close liaison with customers to assure business needs and perception of value are met. Introduces new technologies and develops standard practices for execution of business processes across functional organizations. Provides project leadership, expert advice, and counsel to IT personnel, management and project teams on most complex aspects of applications development methods as well as for purchased software solutions to be integrated with other systems.
