Role : Project manager with finance
Duration : 6 month contract,
Location : Memphis, TN
Interview : F2F after phone
Type of PM we are looking for:
· Prefer experienced project managers with finance background
(credit/lending)
- no experience in this area will mean they must obtain knowledge/expertise
very fast so they can lead the team
· Ability to lead people rather than manage things
· Ability to handle multiple projects (4 to 6 depending on size and
complexity)
· Strong relationship skills - ability to obtain respect from team
members; ability to push project team aggressively, but professionally
· Strong project financial experience - developing pro-forma,
forecasting
monthly, reconcilement
· Adaptability - changing deadlines, resource availability,
requirements,
etc.
· Ability to navigate around obstacles/constraints
· Ability to hit the ground running
· Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills
· Strong business judgment
· Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skill
· Quick learner
· Self directed
Information about the projects the PM would be working on:
· Multiple credit/lending projects
· Team members in multiple locations and time zones
· Aggressive time-lines
· Projects not much more than ideas - PM will need to identify
stakeholders,
develop requirements, obtain funding approval, manage projects through
life-cycle
· Due to the number of projects - teams will include contract BAs and
Developers not familiar with FTB; will be competing for FTB subject matter
experts
· Must follow FTB project methodology
PM process and tools:
· Waterfall methodology
· Clarity PPM
· MS Project
