Able to effectively balance priorities in a rapid-paced and fluid environment 6. Capable of understanding healthcare and health promotion concepts 7. Capable of clearly communicating complex issues to technical or non-technical personnel 8. Able to work and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, agile product development environment 9. Proficient in SQL and database concepts PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. 3+ years experience of extensive web applications testing 2. Ability to work with non-technical Marketing and Sales department staff to determine requirements and recommend solutions to business computing needs. Excellent customer service skills. Strong time management, organization and prioritizing skills. Demonstrated written and oral communications skills. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the healthcare insurance industry. Experience with relational database reporting and queries. Experience in Project Management.
