Job Title: IT Senior Business Analyst Location: Boston, MA Duration: 5+ Months Contract Contract (Must be EAD, GC or Citizen) The hiring manager is Specifically looking for the following: Healthcare industry Experience Enrollment and Billing Experience Solid understanding of 834s Testing in Billing and Enrollment Experience Assets Preferred State Exchange Experience hCentive Experience Preferred (or HIX) SERFF Compliance Top responsibilities for this position Determines operational objectives on Exchange efforts by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Prepare specification Documentation, may include Workflow process, Operational Process details, training materials and project communications Work across disciplines for requirements, system enhancements and identify risks/gaps and prepare mitigation strategies Healthcare Industry Required. HIX regulatory knowledge preferred. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Ability to understand business requirements and create Functional specs. Participate in Systems/Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
