Job Title: ETL Data Analysts Location: Rochester, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract Must be Local to MN. Desired experience and job responsibilities are listed below. The client Manage to Reimbursement – Blood and Marrow Transplant project in need of an developer to build an extension of the current Operating Room datamart to store transfusion data from the intra-operative and hospital floor patients’ transfusion related data from various sources and transform and integrate data for use by clinicians to improve their practice. The datamart provides data analysis services to quality improvement groups, clinical research and analytics. The successful candidate will partner with an existing staff person to build the main functions including data analysis, data modeling, ETL, data quality control, data integration, data aggregation, data services and reporting. The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and over 3 years’ experience in professional software development & OO design; strong experience with datamart or data warehouse development, such as ETL, data analysis, data modelling using the technologies ETL, SSIS, development of stored procedures, TSQL (analytics), MS SQL Server 2008, ASP.Net MVC and .NET WPF/WCF. Skills on SSAS, MDM, SharePoint, JQuery, Highcharts, IBM MQ, HL7 would be plus for candidates. Familiarity with health care terminology and data will be beneficial.
