Client are looking for a web application developer to assist in the conversion of ColdFusion web applications to supported .NET technologies as well as the development of new .NET web-based applications. The candidates should have experience with developing web-based applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and experience with database design and development. The successful candidate will help with (1) converting the existing Code Fusion applications into .Net MVC web applications; (2) build new dynamic websites; (3) enhancements of existing functionality; (4) and daily maintenance/support. We prefer the candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in professional software development & OO design; strong experience with SDLC processes and developing web based applications using technologies such as C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft SQL Server; Other skills in relational databases, ASP, XML, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, web Services, Cold Fusion, and Business Objects development experience would be plus for candidates.
