Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Mounds View, MN Duration: 4+ Months Contract *Candidate & Write-Up Criteria:* REQUIRED: Experience working on data and reporting projects – good overall BI experience/knowledge. Basic understanding of Relational data base concepts. REQUIRED: Hands on experience with Business Objects reporting REQUIRED: Understanding of Sales and Inventory data and processes preferable on SAP NICE TO HAVE: Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience/exposure upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test* This position works with Business stakeholders, Program Managers, Project managers, IT teams to implement Inventory reporting initiatives across multiple business units. Position Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Independently work with Business Stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into Functional requirements. Work with IT teams and help in developing the Detailed Technical Specifications. Create test scripts and execute them. Coordinate with business stakeholders, project management and across multiple IT teams to make sure implementation is successful and timelines are met. Ensuring processes are understood and followed consistently Relationship Management: Maintain active, collaborative relationships – working partnerships – with stakeholders. Partner with business stakeholders, project teams and IT peers to communicate areas of change. Individual Accountabilities: Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, project goals, etc.). General Issue Management. Passion to win Candidate Qualifications/Requirements: 7+ years of experience Strong analysis skills Strong understanding of Sales Order and Inventory Management processes and related data structures in SAP. Strong experience working in BI , Middleware and Business Objects reporting. Nice to have experience on Salesforce.com. Ability to take the initiative and to work independently. Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions. Experience working in a team-based environment and being accountable on both individual and team-based assignments. Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills. Strong influence management skills. Prioritization skills.
