Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Test Coordinator Location: Eden Prairie, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract In this role, you will be working with business customers and IT resources to lead integrated test cycles that test the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) product. You will ensure achievable test plans and quality test outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead multiple teams to create detailed test plans Control quality of detailed test plans, ensuring appropriate depth and breadth of testing of the PeopleSoft HCM product Control achievability of detailed test plans, ensuring scope is correct, resources are appropriate, and dates are reachable Lead the execution of testing to hit the detailed test plans Control test execution using HP’s Application Lifecycle Manager (ALM) Lead test kickoff and status meetings Report daily test status to management and team Required Experience/Skills: Has 3+ years of experience as a test coordinator for integrated test cycles within large software implementation projects Has 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst including testing responsibilities Has 3+ years of experience working with HP’s ALM (or its predecessor Quality Center) Is a team player, bringing a positive attitude as well as the desire and ability to work with teammates continually and successfully Is a strong communicator with ability to understand details and synthesize them for communication to other levels of the project and management teams Has proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Preferred Experience/Skills: Has 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM in a functional analyst, systems analyst, or test lead capacity Experience with Global Payroll module within PeopleSoft HCM Has 3+ years of experience with SQL, either with PeopleSoft and/or with HP ALM.
