Job Title: Senior Data Analyst/Modeler Location: Rochester, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract Senior Data Analysts/Modeler to join our National Practice organization and to jump into an existing project with one of our premier clients in Minnesota. Our team requires driven individuals that can be given a challenge and immediately dive in, be aggressive and consult with client leadership to create a leading edge product. Must be someone that has proven experience working closely with technical leads, the business team and collaboratively create a comprehensive, best practice driven solution. Must thrive in a changing environment. The current environment requires someone who can be given a challenge and immediately dive in, be aggressive and find answers. We are looking for someone that can handle the pressures of an environment that is less structured at the moment and help to drive efficiency and reusability into the process.We need someone that has proven experience working closely with the business and Architecture teams.. Must thrive in a changing environment. Must be able to discuss and demonstrate data strategies. Other characteristics: Analytical skills and basic understanding of clinical setting. Attention to detail, consistent performance, and willing to provide honest and unwavering feedback even if unpopular. Ability to work in a team as well as an individual. Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines. Data validation experience with SQL skills and ideally clinical domain knowledge. We are looking for someone that is able to bring fresh ideas and approaches and is willing to insert best practice methods to meet the desired outcomes. Must also be a quick study on our clients’ target technical architecture (TTA) and align solutions with this path.
