Manages ad-hoc reporting requests & manages reporting for the team , Identify and track the unmeasured areas keeping and maintaining quality standards as per the defined quality norms, Innovation and Kaizen, Training & Self Development, Solution Mindset. · The CBO Data Insights team is a looking for a strong Reporting Analyst Lead with leadership experience. · *The individual needs very strong skills in Excel, SharePoint and Business Intelligence (BI) technologies* in general, with a solid understanding of what comprises a *holistic reporting solution*. · The successful candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of *operational processes* and the ability to translate that understanding using strong information worker development skills. · They will also work closely with Commerce Business Operations (CBO) BI team, CBO Execution Managers and the CBO Business Analysts and, thus, should have a strong passion for applying their business\technical knowledge and experience to develop an innovative and comprehensive reporting experience for our users. *Job Role:* · Insights team develop and complete Ad Hoc reporting requests and provide an analysis on the data contained in the report. The individual needs to have an understanding of data contained in the reports.
