*Job Description:* *Title: Full Stack Engineer - Cyber Security* *Location: San Ramon, CA* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Job Overview:* · Be responsible for designing backend and UI components - and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area for Linux Network Appliance. · Work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. · Lead design discussion in a limited manner. *Job Function:* · Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables · Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products · Communicate effectively both within immediate team and also across SSG leadership team and with PLLs · Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge · Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques · Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project · Understand performance parameters and assess application performance · Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using technology chosen *Basic Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) · A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Development OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience Software Development *Required Technical Skills:* · *7-10 years *of Hands on Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java and/or C++ coding principles · *Candidates should have background working with Networking, Firewall, VOIP related appliances and products* · Hands on Experience of developing RESTful web services using Apache-CXF, applications using Spring MVC with JPA for Linux OS · *Experience with software security vulnerabilities, and the ability to quickly identify security issues when looking at an application’s code* · Strong knowledge of OOD, software design patterns and principles · *Expert in developing UI using AngularJS framework* · Experience with Grunt and other workflow tools (Yeoman/Bower) is good, but not required. · Strong technical and analytical skillset · Must have solid understanding of *backend architecture including SQL and NoSQL databases*. · Other front-end test libraries is desirable (Jasmine/Mocha/CasperJS/PhantomJS) · Experience with other Data Visualization libraries (Raphael.js/Famo.us) and RESTful services integration is good. · Experience developing software for Linux based Network appliances and understanding of network protocols is desirable · Experience with software security vulnerabilities, and the ability to quickly identify security issues when looking at an application’s code · Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices · Ability to takes ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members · Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Agarwal* *Technology Resource Group Inc.* 3736 Hills-Dale Court Santa Clara, CA Work: 408-709-1760; Ext:979 Email: [email protected] GTalk/Skype: ra.usstaffing || YM: rahulkabeer -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
