*Qualifications & Skills: *
· • A senior business analyst with at-least 8+ year of industry
experience as Business Analyst; out of which at least 6 years must be in
Insurance domain
· Strong exposure and in depth understanding of Property & Casualty
Insurance Experience
· Experience in working with Policy and Claim management systems;
Good exposure to GuideWire Policy Center, ClaimCenter, Billing Center and
Product model
· Experience in documenting requirements and process flows;
conducting UAT sessions with business users
· In depth understanding of end to end SDLC and experience in
working in Waterfall and Agile methodology
· Business facing and should be able to interact with business
effectively to gather requirements; and work with technical team to drive
solution of Business Requirements
· Should be able to lead BA team (on/offshore)
· Experience in Reporting and Data Warehouse projects
· Should be able to write SQL code to query databases and analyze
data and data models
· Excellent verbal and written communication; punctual with a good
track record of office timing
· Property & Casualty *(P&C)* insurance and/or actuarial
workflow/process hands on knowledge would be *Mandatory*.
