Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner Concur Enhancement Specialist: Position Description: The Concur Enhancement Specialist is functional analyst within the SJM GIT Concur Team. A key to this role’s success will depend upon the candidate’s ability to maintain strong working relationships with our internal business partners which encompasses finance, accounting, and others as necessary. Additionally, this individual will partner with internal clients and users to provide support and recommendations through requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, functional design, and implementation plans in order to meet business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Concur System Tester, Trainer or hands on project coordinator. This position requires an analytical mindset, accuracy, attention to detail and creative problem solving abilities. Strong communication skills to work directly with the business and the Concur team on the desired system changes. Responsibilities: Concur Support: • Regular meetings with the SJM U.S. Concur team to discuss Organizational Changes, System Enhancements and changes to production environment.
