*Duration: 6+ months* *Job Description:* *Experience (Years) :* 6-8 years *Essential Skills :* Experincce in Monitoring 24X7 and managing infrastructure services •Monitor and support batch and backup job schedule and ad-hoc jobs • Performing action on Nagios alerts, job scheduling and other environmental monitored by the Command Center •Providing KPI and trend reporting •Develop, implement, and enhance operational standards and procedures for current and future systems • Sample activities include: o Password resets o VPN troubleshooting o Activation of debug id’s o Resolving requests/incidents for which a knowledge base article exists o Manage major incidents o Serve as the central point of contact and manage the process and timeline for incidents and problems • Tape Handling services for AS 400 and co-ordination with Iron Mountain for offsite media services • Support the monthly patching process: o Support patching and reporting of ~1500 servers (window & linux) o Perform patch verification and patch remediation for servers o Perform post patch and downtime verifications • Data Center Support o Provide physical access for vendors o Provide physical support of data center infrastructure (reboot, etc.) o Escalate on environmental alerts in the data center Thanks and Regards *Padam Singh* Technology Resource Group Inc.
