Including running basic SQL queries, analyzing the log files, running basic Linux commands. · Experience in Agile methodologies a plus. · Experience in performance testing using tools (Jmeter, RPT, Load runner) a plus. · Good knowledge of industry standards/best practices surrounding all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. NOTE FROM MY PM the person should be more technical and less managerial e.g. 85% Technical and 15% managerial skills. Here managerial skills refer to only acting as a co-coordinator for onshore and offshore team. The client is also specific to this requirement so I am emphasizing on the approach and thought process.
