Technical experience: · Experience with one or more of the following *IBM WebSphere SOA* technologies: *WebSphere MQ, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere Message Broker or IBM Integration Bus*, *WebSphere Service Registry and Repository* · Experience with *web services, SOAP, REST, XML and XSD’s* · Understanding of *full software development life cycle*, *quality control processes*, and *build *and *deploy procedures* using *Agile Development Methodology* · Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other developers, architects, and business users · Experience programming in *Java/JEE*, various open source *Apache *projects, and *Spring Framework * · Experience implementing *unit test cases using SOAP UI* · Database development experience with *Oracle* and/or *Microsoft SQL Server* · Familiar with *Heath Level 7 (HL7) Messages*, *Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)*, and *Clinical Data Architecture (CDA)* Job Profile · Assists in developing, testing and implementing Message Flows in WebSphere Message Broker. · Participates in developing, coding and implement unit test cases using SOAP UI · Assists in preparing *technical and procedural documentation* required in application system development such as Software Design Document · Provides solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
