*Software Developer - SAP HCM Application *
*Location : Mentor, OH*
*Duration : 6 Months +*
*Work Status : H1/GC/USC*
*Rate: $65/HR*

*Summary *
The Software Developer – HCM Application, is a position in the Business
Applications team. This team is responsible for the support, enhancement
and implementation of SAP / Success Factors Applications.

The Software Developer – HCM Application will be responsible for
maintaining and supporting modules in Success Factor HCM. Specifically this
position will be responsible for Core HRIS, Benefits, Talent Management,
Recruiting and Performance Management modules. There will be interaction
with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, coordinate
testing and implement solutions.

Support of the applications would include resolving issues reported by
users. Resolution process will include, but not limited to, investigating
known bugs on software vendor support website, creating tickets or service
requests with software vendor, developing scripts to fix data issues,
making program changes, testing fixes and applying changes to production.

This position will work on development requests and projects. This position
will be expected to take complete responsibility for significant software
development tasks. Development tasks will include, but not limited to,
interacting with business to gather requirements, designing and developing
technical solutions, unit testing programs, user testing, documentation and
implementation. Requests involve development of reports, alerts, workflows,
interfaces and data conversion programs.

The position also requires staying abreast with changes in technology,
programming languages, and software development tools. Staying up to date
on changes and upgrades to the applications will also be required.

Participation in team and / or project meetings, to schedule work and
discuss status, will be required. Interaction with others in the Business
Application team or another team will also be required.

*Position Responsibilities *
*Application Support - 60% *
Monitors interfaces and critical programs in production systems for errors,
performance and any other abnormality
Provides first level support for assigned applications modules and related
applications
Troubleshoots and resolves problems reported by users of these modules and
applications.
Investigates issues using vendor support website(s).
Creates tickets or service requests with software vendor.
Develops fixes for issues
Investigates setup or configuration changes required in the applications
including benefit Open Enrollment
Works with other team members, DBA team and other teams to resolve issues
Works with Business Process Owner(s) to test and make changes to the
applications setup or configurations to resolve issues
Should have thorough understanding of different HCM module integrations
Duplicating /and or re-creation of scenarios in SAP HCM environment to
trouble-shoot or identify and resolve user problems

*Applications Development – 40% *
Reviews and understands business requirements for development tasks assigned
Develops test scripts according to business requirements
Works on reports and data extracts from SuccessFactors using standard tools
Works with business users to test in Development and Quality
Writes technical documentation
Works with DBA, System Administration teams
Works with Business Process Owners to investigate new functionality in the
applications
Works with BPO to test upgrades and patches

*Education, Knowledge, & Skills *
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years experience in SAP  Applications
Three to five years experience in one or more Success Factor HCM modules

Experience in integrating with Oracle EBS will be preferred.
5-7 years epereince accepted in lieu of degree

Ability to work with little supervision and within changing priorities.
Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot problems.
Proficient in Success Factor HCM tools
