Thanks & have a good day! *Kindly please send me the resumes on [email protected] <[email protected]>.* *Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Developer* *Location: Raleigh, NC * *Duration: 12 months * *Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience* Ability to configure and administer OPA servers Required 3 Years Ability to provide version control of all OPA code using Subversion Required 3 Years Ability to setup database connections Required 5 Years Ability to design and develop OPA programs Required 3 Years Ability to program in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, C or C++ Required 5 Years Ability to setup PL/SQL and Java packages Required 5 Years Ability to design Oracle database triggers and stored procedures and work with DBAs to implement Required 5 Years Ability to unit test all development work Required 5 Years Ability to manage highly complex work efforts Required 5 Years Ability to work with users in SCRUM Agile methodology to design OPA logic, develop and review programs with users Required 3 Years Ability to work in a development team and provide leadership to others Required 5 Years Ability to work with users to define OPA requirements Required 3 Years Preparation of weekly status reports Required 5 Years This position requires an advanced degree in computer science and at least 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies. Required 10 Years Excellent writing skills to document programs; client communication and strong organizational skills. Required 5 Years *Business Need/Justification:* Currently, there are no Oracle OPA development staff to develop and maintain SCUBI dynamic fact finding and auto-adjudication programs that will be required when SCUBI goes live.
