Position Type: 6 Months Contract . Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience. · Minimum 5+ years of experience in Database Development (Oracle SQL/PLSQL). · Will be responsible for gathering requirements and specs from users, leads and project manager and need to work closely with development and testing teams. · Develop stored procedures, write testing and deployment scripts and document the processes as needed . · Work with tight deadlines and limited supervision. · Ability to solve complex problems, work well under pressure and should able to work individually or with the teams. · Work with existing processes, explore and document with minimal guidance. · Understanding of XML structures and Oracle object types. · Experience in building applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).Preferred qualifications: · Working Experience with performance tuning. · Working Experience with Oracle Advanced Queuing. · Working with Shell Scripts, File Handling and FTP Processes. · Developing web services using PLSQL. · Having knowledge or experience with HTML, Java scripts and CSS would be beneficial.
