*Job Description*

§  Active Directory Enterprise Administrator

§  Implementing AD Forest Design (Various Entities and Locations across the
globe)

§  Certificate and PKI Management

§  Implementing, Maintaining and Troubleshooting Active Directory Trusts

§  Security and Group Policy Design, implementation and Management

§  AIM integration

§  Test and Implement AD schema changes

§  LDAP integration

§  Custom and In-house application integration (e.g. HRIS)

§  Evaluate and review product updates and roadmaps from Microsoft. Test
and implement life cycle management process.

§  Provide 3rd level escalation support for Active Directory, ADFS and PKI
related issues. Coordinate with service and support leads, application
vendors and other infrastructure teams.

§  Develop and maintain security and distribution groups to support
functionality of applications and in-house tools

§  Provide support for Office 365 AD infrastructure – Azure AD, Directory
Sync components

§  Testing of the updated versions of client against SDI versions.

§  Ongoing L3 incident management for Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint
and Skype for Business services.

§  Handle service availability issues during planned and unplanned
maintenance and service incident events (SIE).

§  Address service availability issues within Apollo Education group’s span
of control.

§  Raise incidents to Microsoft and participate in appropriate incident
resolution and problem management activities.

§  Perform activities specific to Services Administrator role in Office 365

§  Provide 24x5 escalation support and conduct post incident reviews with
Microsoft

§  Primary operational support at US business hours. On call / additional
coverage provided for all entities globally).

§  Troubleshoot mail routing issues, calendar sharing and availability
related issues

§  Provide architectural direction and subject matter expertise in
implementing product roadmap and integration requests.

§  Participate in new infrastructure built up and assist with migration
process to accommodate new acquisitions or merger.

§  Assist in developing workflows, scripts and utilities for task
automation and interface build with third party applications.

§  Assist corporate collaboration solutions team in following areas:

§  Instant Messaging

§  White boarding

§  Application sharing (Intercall, WebEx, Skype for business)

§  Conduct Proof of Concept evaluations on different products and services
offered by vendors

§  Gather business requirements, perform in-depth feature analysis and
provide recommendation on products and services
