*Job Role: Business Analyst/Data Analyst * *Location: Minneapolis, MN(Locals Only)* *Duration: 6-12 month contract* *someone with Healthcare experience, good data warehouse experience, and very capable of drive requirements conversations with the business (process and very good communications).* This role will be reporting to the Development side of the Normative Health Informatics (NHI) program • Strong Requirements Analysis Experience • Strong Data Profiling experience • Strong SQL data analysis/scripting • SAS working knowledge • Agile/scrum experience. Development of User Stories • Experience with Rally • Effectively leads large, complex projects and work assignments across a team, ability to lead, motivate and develop resources in direct or matrixed reporting relationship • Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and Waterfall • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support • Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations • Lead internal review sessions with all levels, including senior leadership • Document, discuss and resolve business, data and reporting issues within the team, across functional teams, and with business stakeholders • Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality • Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data • Present written and verbal data analysis findings, to both the project team and business stakeholders • Excellent oral and written communication skills Regards, Rahul Agarwal TRG Inc. *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* *G <[email protected]>Talk: ra.usstaffing* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
