 *Hyperion HFM/FDM/Planning Support Manager*

*Duration: 1 Year*



*Job Description*
This is a Managed Services position to lead and manage a team providing
technical support and develop enhancements for a client using Hyperion
Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management
(FDM), Hyperion Data Relationship Manager (DRM), Planning, and Essbase.
This client runs a complex Hyperion environment supporting users on a
global basis. Supported technologies include Hyperion (HFM, FDM, DRM,
Planning, Essbase, EIS, Financial Reports), ETL (Ab Initio, ODI), Scheduler
(UC4/Appworx), and Databases (SQL Server).

*Additional requirements are as follows:*
• Completed minimum of 5 Hyperion implementations/upgrades with HFM, FDM,
and Planning
• Production support experience
• Experience leading/managing Hyperion technical teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to clients at all
levels, including client leadership
• Ability to work methodically under pressure while handling production
support escalations
• Experience managing patching/upgrade efforts from planning through
execution
• Experience estimating level of effort for system enhancements, patching,
etc.
• Ability to identify and recommend innovative solutions for recurring
issues. Identify opportunities for better utilization of Hyperion to
benefit our clients. Demonstrate understanding of best practices from both
a business and technical perspective

*Additional Information:               *
• Looking for manager level candidates, not just good technologists.
• Location is flexible and resource can primarily work from home. Less than
10% domestic travel required.
• Work schedule is generally 8 am - 5 or 6 pm CST. There are 24x7
requirements that will occur as well as some maintenance. Variable schedule
based on client need, however there is ample notice for when those
schedules would occur.
• Client specific background and drug screenings may be required.
