Requires at least four years of job experience in system design/analysis, engineering, and computer programming. ITIL Certification preferred. Experience in Agile and Lean is highly preferred. * *Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required: * *Job requires working knowledge and development experience using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, with Java and C#/VB.NET <http://VB.NET> preferred.
