Position Title : System Administration Location: Madison, WI Duration: long term Job Description: Systems Engineer will play a key role in the design, planning, execution and installation of the current infrastructure to support new applications and technologies. Support software and hardware upgrades to network servers, operating systems, and applications. Responsible for creation and implementation of enterprise security policy. Must have extensive experience with standard industry practices including a variety of server and workstation types, and security technologies. Possess considerable logic and understanding to analyze and troubleshoot problems. Must be able to prioritize trouble calls and respond to emergencies and all levels of troubleshooting. Must Have Administration - Project Management Create & modify system documentation: Intermediate MS Visio, SharePoint General Competencies Ability to be self directed Ability to work independently utilizing critical thinking and discretionary decision-making skills Background Check Required Excellent oral and written communication skills Language - English Standard Language for English Proficiency Information Technology - Desktop Support Desktop Management (LANDesk, SCCM, etc.) Information Technology - Security Design and document security plan Experience in best practice Security Processes and Procedures Identify security threats Information Technology - Server Support Active Directory.
