· 15 + Years in IT industry for Apparel/Retail/Wholesale/CPG
· At least 5 Years of experience on AX MS Dynamics AX implementation
· Comprehensive knowledge on AX product and its previous versions
· Must have complete understanding MS Surestep / Product Life cycle
· Track record of delivery management and experience to work with
offshore teams
· Excellent project management skills, including mastering project
management tools
· Solid knowledge of implementation methodology across all phases
of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
· Understanding of complete solution (Microsoft Dynamics, vertical
solution and the Microsoft stack)
· Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase
· Excellent change management skills, team leader and ability to
influence and collaborate
· Strong communication skills
· PMP / Prince 2 are highly desirable
