This person will be developing Framework Manager Models, reports and dashboards related to Finance, HR and Payroll/Accounting data. Cognos Developer DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: • Must have a minimum 5 years of Cognos Development Experience • Develop, maintain and improve Framework Manager Models and packages to support business requirements. • Develop and maintain standards for reporting development, deployment and administration of Cognos BI. • Create documentation and procedures for reporting environment. • Develop and maintain full life cycle methodology including change management processes and ensure changes are properly tested and migrated to production. • Ability to quickly Prototype reporting solutions/Dashboards • Proven analytical, organizational and problem solving ability • Ability to work independently and in group settings • Demonstrated ability to work in Dashboard development using Active reports • Experience with Cognos Maps is Preferred • Must have experience with Active Reports Development • Experience with Java scripting is Preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organizational skills to work on multiple concurrent assignments OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure compliance with International Medical Corps policies, rules, regulations. • Prepare ad hoc analysis as requested by supervisor and senior management team. • Work with a positive attitude demonstrating teamwork and leadership. • Exhibit honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job. • Perform other duties as assigned.
