Qualifications • 2-4 years of solid GUI or web-application software development experience in Python · Previous experience with Java, Ruby or C#. • Strong understanding of programming theory, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, etc. • Strong understanding of database theory and SQL. (MySQL experience is a plus.). No SQL experience is a plus. • Experience with various web frameworks such as Angular, JQuery, Flask, Django etc. • Strong knowledge of Open Source Software and REST API design. • Possess clear understanding of SDLC and other industry standard development practices. • Excellent combination of technical and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal skills. • BS degree in CS/MIS (Preferred) OR equival ent technical experience.
