The websites are the primary way residents interact with their , and receive more than 5.5 million unique visits per year. *The candidate will work as part of the front-end design team to identify and implement client-side* *solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and APIs, based on requirements identified by the UI, UX* *and content teams. The candidate must also lead efforts that require server-side development such as* *ASP.Net, PHP, C#, Node.js.* Candidates will work with web designers and bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the website looks as well as how it works.
