*Job Description:*

The Mobile Designer is responsible for executing the visual design and
layout for client native mobile applications. This person will work closely
with product management, user experience, and development to implement
solutions according to the product roadmap. This person should have a
strong background in visual/graphic design, with special emphasis on mobile
design for both Android and iOS. This person will work within the larger
User Experience team to conceptualize and implement user-centered
solutions.



* Primary Responsibilities:*

·  Collaborate with product management, user experience & development to
create solutions according to the product roadmap.

·  Execute all visual design stages; concept to final hand-off to
development, focused on leveraging native pattern libraries.

·  Create designs that bring simplicity and user centered solutions to
complex challenges.

·  Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive
level stakeholders.

·  Formulate design guidelines, specifications, and standards.

Any combination of relevant education and experience and/or related
professional designations/certifications in this field is highly desirable.



*Education*

·  BFA Degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
preferred.

*Experience*

·  2+ years of visual/graphic design for interactive digital (native mobile
apps) - Portfolio required

·  2+ years in designing mobile applications for digital commerce

·  A minimum of 2 years of experience working in product design, preferably
in a native software design based environment for consumer applications.



*Essential Skills*

·  Demonstrable mobile design skills with a portfolio featuring examples of
user interface design, user interaction, and visual design work as it
relates to mobile platform design for iOS and Android devices.

·  Proven ability to create mock-ups and produce multiple iterations
efficiently.

·  Ability to understand major differences in design patterns between iOS
and Android.

·  Solid understanding of Google Material Design and iOS Human Interface
Guidelines.

·  A curiosity around current interface, software, platform and hardware
trends.

·  Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and process with clear
rationale.

·  Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system
interaction.

·  Proactive in obtaining feedback and receptive to direction and
suggestions for additional iterations or new alternatives.

·  Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

·  Experience prototyping with Invision or Adobe XD.

·  Proficiency in Adobe CS, Sketch, or other visual design tools.

Job Summary:

Learn our custom AEM authoring system to gain SME status then provide
hands-on and warroom instruction sessions with other parties who need to
author pages. Provide AEM best practices in combination with nuances of
using this one of a kind custom Ford ecosystem. While not instructing
others, this person will prepare training materials and examples as well as
triage submitted defects to confirm it is technology or authoring at fault.
Use the authoring at fault defects to develop further instruction.



Essential Job Functions: AEM Authoring, using Ford's custom AEM
implementation Ability to effectively converse with a diverse collection of
AEM Authors from around Ford. Ability as an instructor to effectively
convey knowledge to others so they may learn. Ability to troubleshoot
defects to provide triage and proper assignment. Ability to develop
training materials to support education sessions.

   requirements, including configuring and customizing an eCommerce system.

   them into hybris functionalities.
   - Lead complex business requirement discussions. Gather, evaluate and

   - Develop project plans for eCommerce program and site enhancements.
   - Supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and
   system testing.
   - Coordination and communication of application tasks within the cross

   - Establish timely communication meetings and updates to the cross
   functional team on eCommerce Technology project.

   - Managing outsourced services and hosting providers for on-going support

   - Communication to offshore vendor resources complex requirements to
   ensure the appropriate development is performed.
   - Agile project execution experience.
   - Support feasibility studies, project assessments & initiation
   (scoping, risk management and estimation).

   - Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education
   and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
   - Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of ERP systems and other
   application systems, equipment capacity, limitations and operation time.
   - Has a good understanding of industry requirements.
   - Familiar with relational database concepts, client-server concepts.
   - Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT
   staff, as well as business management.
