Care's systems have largely grown up from a small-shop perspective to an environment requiring high availability, accessibility, ease of use, technological sophistication, reliability in handling large data volumes, and large user bases. Important integration between and among technology layers is vital to maintaining accurate , timely and robust service delivery to our members and providers. The Sales Force Architect is responsible for the architecture and design of LA Care's Sales Force CRM implementation. Working closely with the business, application and IT infrastructure teams, the Sales Force Architect will design enterprise solutions that implement a "Shared None" architect that integrates tightly with the Enterprise Service Bus and Workflow components into Sales Force Solutions. *Key Skills:* • 10 years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise Customer Relations Management (CRM) applications using either ORACLE, SAP or Microsoft CRM solutions with 5 years of experience designing and building solutions with SalesForce's Force.com technology. • 3 years of experience integrating SaleForce solutions with an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), both inbound and outbound. • 3 years of experience integrating SaleForce workflow into ORACLE SOA Suite workflow solutions is highly desired. • Strong understanding of process and queuing design patterns.
