Job Title:            JDE E1 Manager

Location:            Golden Valley, MN

Duration:            FULL-TIME



*Primary Purpose:*

The *IT M&A Manager* is responsible for delivering rapid pace
implementations of newly acquired business onto Client’s *JDE E1* platform.
The M&A Manager will be responsible for complete project life cycle
management including discovery, configuration, testing and training,
cutover and post go-live support. In addition, this position will lead up
the conversion of client divisions not currently on the JDE platform and
other key IT strategic initiatives as defined by the CIO. This position is
expected to keep abreast of IT technologies and the implementation of best
practices.



*Principal Duties:*

Manage a team IT Business Analysts responsible for delivering rapid pace
implementations of newly acquired business onto Client’s JDE E1 platform.

Produce project plans and implement effective project controls by
monitoring the progress of system initiatives and reporting out status.

Ensure cost, scope, and time targets are met.

Complete implementation projects by coordinating resources and timetables
with user departments and other IT team members

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business owners and
subject matter experts,

Provide documentation and training to end user groups on existing
functionality and newly developed enhancements.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending (or on-line)
educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing
personal networks; participating in professional user groups.



*Qualifications:*

5 to 7 years demonstrable business analysis and project management
experience in an Oracle JDE environment.  JDE E1 experience preferred.

Strong working knowledge of project management lifecycle and processes.

3 to 5 years direct supervisory experience

Able to travel up to 35% of the time

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact and
influence associates and management at all levels.

Strong organizational, negotiation and leadership skills. Ability to
multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Ability to resolve issues with a detail oriented approach. Ability to
understand, analyze and communicate technical designs, project issues and
status effectively.

Ability to articulate technical information to a variety of audiences.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).

4 year degree preferred
