Once you feel free please call me or Email me @ [email protected] *Role : Voice Engineer with Avaya and Cisco* *Location : AZ/ TX* *Duration of contract: 12 months * *Interview: Phone/ Skype * *Experience and skill sets:* Candidate should be expert in both Avaya and Cisco technologies · 3+ years exceptional administration, troubleshooting and support experience with Cisco UC/UCCE Enterprise applications and Avaya UC/Contact Center applications · Working knowledge of Cisco Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Emergency Responder · Working knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager and Modular Messaging · Working knowledge of Cisco ICM (developing /modifying CISCO ICM Scripts) and CVP · Working knowledge of Avaya Contact Center Elite, Experience Portal, Interaction Center, AES and CMS · Working knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways and Avaya Media Gateways.
