*Must have* Monitoring BAU/Engineering support operations for onsite and offshore, tracking the project activities Participate in Solution designing, future roadmap, Planning, enchantment request etc., Delegation of daily work activities to offshore team Designs and implements Enterprise Systems Management solutions based on the HP OpenView framework. Ability to troubleshoot and remediate HPOM installations. In-depth knowledge of OMW, OVPM, NNMi, SiteScope and SPIs. Develops advanced monitors in OMW. In-depth knowledge of OpenView Intelligent/Performance agents. Capable of basic scripting in VB Script and Perl. Possesses basic System Administration skills. *Roles and Responsibilities:* Implementation and configuration of the requests submitted Deep troubleshooting on Tools related issues, Discovery new devices/CI’s in monitoring, Fine-tuning of alert thresholds, creating dashboards, assisting in application tuning, and Identifying and isolating application issues before they affect our customers. Implementation, Customization and Configuration of HPE Monitoring Software's of HP OMi,OMW/U, HP BSM , BPM, Sitescope Experience working with clients to identify and specify complex monitoring requirements and processes. Experience in establishing best practices and automation to effectively monitor and manage applications; both commercial and custom developed. Previous experience installing, modifying, updating and remediating the OpenView framework. Knowledgeable on basic Systems Administration for Windows and Unix/Linux. At least 5 years working with the OpenView framework with at least 3 years working on OMW version 8.16 (preferably version 9). Previous experience deploying and debugging the OpenView agents in large enterprise environments. Previous experience integrating individual tools into the framework such as uCMDB, NNMi, BSM, etc. Previous experience developing custom monitors. Previous experience scripting in VB Script and Perl. Comfortable working in an Oracle database *Educational and Technical Qualification* HP Certified Professional Business Service Management- Operations Manager i Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. Security+ certification. Minimum of five years ESM experience working with the HP OpenView framework, with at least 3 years working on OMW version 8.16 or greater; ITILv3 certified. Experience working with clients to identify and specify complex monitoring requirements and processes. Experience in establishing best practices and automation to effectively monitor and manage large, complex environments. Previous experience installing, modifying, updating and remediating the OpenView framework.
