*Description:* 8 years’ experience in ServiceNow Administration, Scripting, JavaScript, AngularJS, Twitter Bootstrap and related J2EE technologies. Working knowledge of five or more Application areas within ServiceNow such as Incident, Service Request/Catalog, Change, Project Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management among others. Proven experience in evaluating alternate solutions and recommending appropriate Process and Solution Architecture, detailed design, developing technology and solution roadmaps and recommending solutions to complex technical and functional issues. Ability to create detailed roadmap/solution, architecture and detailed design documentation and presenting them to client’s ServiceNow teams. Ability to provide fairly accurate effort estimates and costs to solutions recommended for implementation. Experience in developing ITIL V3 compliant solutions. Ability to guide the Development teams on complex development projects. Ability to articulate solutions to IT Leadership to aid decision making and funding of initiatives. Solid hands on development experience on the ServiceNow platform and related J2EE technologies.
