*Description:* 1) Consecutive UI development roles and at least 1 lead UI role. 2) look for the following keywords in each of their projects: *JavaScript, bootstrap, jQuery, jQueryUI, angularjs, Angular 2/4, Object Orient Javascript, Jasmine, Protractor, selenium, ReactJS, NativeScript, Ember, ES6, Node Js, Express, NPM, GruntJS, Sublime.* 3) The candidate should also have strong soft-skills as the position require them to speak with internal stakeholders to sell solutions to different business areas via demos. We have frequent social events with our business sponsors and they should be fluent and comfortable speaking publicly. 4) Try to avoid candidates that are full stack developers as their focus tend to be all over the place. 5) They should know how to develop JavaScript frameworks. We need developers that have good coding practices and have good knowledge in optimizing UI and making the page load and respond as fast as possible.
