*Role: Windows Systems Administrator - ESXLocation: Woonsocket, RIDuration: 12+ MonthsExperience: 10+ Years* *Client : TCS* *Mandatory Skills:-*The System Administrator should have experience in building, tuning and maintaining servers in an enterprise environment that supports Windows server 2008, 2012 and ESX. The System Administrator should have experience in supporting customer facing environments in a fast paced atmosphere and be a team oriented individual with the ability to promote the successful advancement of the group. The ability to interact with other technical groups such as Data Base Administrators and Technical Architects is critical. Consistent performance, punctuality, positive attitude and the drive to succeed are all qualities that we are looking for. -Heavy Windows and ESX (2008/ 2012) work. Building Windows virtual and physical servers (mostly virtual). More than 35% of work. -Applying system patches, security standards work -Extremely rigorous Change Control process. Experience using HPSM for change controls would be good to have. Must follow the process/ policies. -Create build sheet to define what needs to happen from build perspective. -Investigative work: Network issues - will need to look at server to find out what is going on and work with the primary contact to resolve. -Help with Disaster Recovery. -Building ESX hosts, cluster work and Zerto replication.
