Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules - Incident Management and Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, Work Request Management, ServiceNow Discovery, Software Asset Management, Asset Management , CMDB , Contract Management Good hands on knowledge and experience of Angular JS, JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services, Good analytical and debugging skill Very good verbal and written English communication skills Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills Responsibilities Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation. Defining event co-relation strategy and rules across all Systems to co-relate events and eliminate false positives.
