We are designing a BI framework that supports end users request for analysis as simple or as complex with a response rate of as small as few milliseconds. Analysis rendered today can be as simple as providing simple pre-identified KPIs or making recommendations and in-depth intelligent analysis automatically based on data understanding and various algorithms. The framework is also designed to cater to end users preferences in terms of providing them the capability to save colors, fonts, create custom groups etc. to make support their analysis and insights as personalized to their expectation. In order to provide competitive BI capabilities as an application, the framework demands to create various Engines to handle Domain Specific Language, Query and Expression Builder and Validator, Personalize Preference Builder, Dependency Trees and various Workflows to name some.
