Excellent articulation, communication and coordination skills Knowledge/ expertise of automation (Selenium) is a must Well versed with testing processes – and experience of working in Waterfall, Agile methodology projects Should have the ability to drive projects without hand holding – self starter Should be metrics driven, result oriented and should drive the team to success Ability to work with offshore teams Have experience of working in a matrix organization Knowledge/ expertise of Warehouse Management Systems, Logistics, or any other aspect of Supply Chain would be preferable.
