*Role : Scrum Master * *Location : Bethpage, NY* *Interview: Phone/ Skype* *Duration of contract: 1 year* *Job Description:* While this job description (see below) is how we would normally recruit for a Sr Scrum Master / Dev Manager, This role will be involved in helping other teams outside their core team (the Mobile team) that are less mature with or new to agile to adopt practices. As agile is a journey, it is about small steps and assisting with the transformation. Pure agilists that are not capable of working outside of agile best practices in order to help the resources make the agile journey should not be considered for this role. Additionally, this resource needs to be hands on.
